The company has launched the first batch of 2024 recreational and health‑rest activities for its advanced employees, staying true to our original aspirations while uniting and forging ahead.

To promote the company’s advanced corporate culture, inspire employees’ enthusiasm and creativity, and foster harmonious and stable enterprise development, the company’s trade union organized a first‑batch 2024 health‑and‑rest program for 88 representatives of the 2023 outstanding individuals and teams, taking them to Moganshan in Huzhou on June 22–23.

The health and recuperation program adheres to the principle of prioritizing frontline employees; all participants in this round are drawn from the company’s production lines and supporting departments. Guided by a commitment to providing attentive service to frontline workers, members of the trade union leadership team also took part in the program as staff.

This event will primarily take the form of rest and recuperation, along with sightseeing and leisure activities. We visited Tianboyuan’s Shangzhushan Fantasy Valley and the Moganshan Scenic Area, taking a sightseeing bus along the way to admire the bamboo forests stretching across the hillsides and the rolling mountain ranges. We then made our way to Yu Village, a charming little town, where we soaked in its rich artistic and cultural atmosphere. Ascending Moganshan, we marveled at its otherworldly natural beauty, touring both the modest former residence of Chairman Mao Zedong and the opulent “Songyue Lu,” Chiang Kai-shek’s temporary presidential retreat. The stark contrast between these settings left a profound impression, deepening our understanding of the remarkable strength that enables the Communist Party of China to succeed.

Over the course of the two-day event, participants experienced the warmth of unity and camaraderie among Beeflower employees, allowing those who have long been dedicated to their work to relax both body and mind, ease their spirits, and strengthen the bonds between one another.

The cherished moments have been etched in the hearts of our employees. As the company’s trade union—truly a “family” to all staff—it will continue to uphold the spirit of staying true to our original aspirations, uniting as one and forging ahead, while respecting, caring for, and serving every worker with dedication. We hope that our model employees, at this new historical juncture, will remain committed to their duties, exemplify leadership, and carry forward the spirit of labor, the craftsman’s spirit, and the spirit of model workers. By shouldering new responsibilities and achieving new accomplishments, they will bring an even more vigorous and uplifting spirit to all aspects of the company’s work, jointly creating a bright new future for Beeflower and translating the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into concrete actions.

Using competitions to promote learning, construction, and work performance, the company’s fourth Employee Job-Skill Competition was successfully held.
