To strengthen communication and collaboration across departments, all employees were randomly grouped into 20 teams. Each team democratically elected a captain, and with creative input from every member, every group devised a unique, upbeat team name, anthem, and slogan, along with an imaginative and eye‑catching entrance formation.

To the rhythm of lively, upbeat music, employees from all departments of Beeflower donned colorful team uniforms and gathered on the lush green field of the Maqiao Cultural Activity Center. The event featured awards for Most Energetic Team, Best Style, and Most Popular Team. Following fierce competition among the teams, the judging panel selected the top three. The union chairman, the vice president of production, and the e‑commerce department manager presented the winning teams with victory‑symbolizing trophies and posed for a group photo.
