To further inspire the work enthusiasm of frontline production employees and enhance their job-specific skills, under the meticulous organization and careful planning of the company’s Party branch and trade union, 2025 year 11 month 12 Date to 14 The fifth company-wide employee skills competition was successfully held at the company.

In line with the company’s actual production conditions, this job‑skill competition comprises six events: laboratory pipette operation, sample weighing, raw material portioning and weighing, forklift operation (including fork lifting and item retrieval), goods‑handling skills, and workshop batch‑number printing. The competition has been warmly received by employees, with participants from the production workshop, finished‑goods warehouse, raw‑and‑auxiliary‑materials warehouse, quality inspection, and quality‑control departments—nearly… 100 A number of employee representatives enthusiastically signed up and actively participated.

The theme of this skills competition is “Promoting Learning, Development, and Performance through Competition.” To ensure fairness and impartiality, the organizing committee has developed a comprehensive event plan that sets out detailed guidelines on participation requirements, judging criteria, scoring standards, and other matters, while also assigning specific roles and responsibilities to all on-site staff.

Workshop batch‑number information printing skills competition: each contestant is required to operate the inkjet printer in compliance with standards and complete the task as specified. 5 The setup, input, and printing of batch‑number information test contestants’ proficiency and precision in operating inkjet printers; the warehouse forklift skills competition primarily assesses drivers’ abilities to operate vehicles safely and handle cargo in compliance with established procedures; while the quality‑control lab’s pipette‑use, the quality‑management department’s sample‑weighing, and the raw‑and‑auxiliary‑materials warehouse’s material‑portioning‑and‑weighing contests evaluate employees’ adherence to standardized operating practices, accurate readings, and precise calculations, with the emphasis on meeting procedural standards and demonstrating speed and accuracy. All skill‑based events are timed as well as scored, and in the event of a tie, the winner is determined by the shorter time taken and the lowest rate of rule‑violations or errors.



After a fiercely competitive showdown among the participants, first-, second-, and third-place winners were crowned in each of the six events, while all those who did not place received consolation awards. Although rankings were determined, the competitors’ performances were remarkably close, underscoring the exceptional job‑specific skills and expertise of the employees involved.


This skills competition has fostered a strong culture of “rivalry, learning, emulation, and surpassing” among employees, effectively boosting their enthusiasm for mastering new skills, honing their capabilities, and taking on leading roles, while strengthening team cohesion and combat effectiveness. Employees have expressed that the event not only sharpened their technical expertise but also rekindled their passion for work, and they look forward to the company’s trade union organizing more such activities in the future to support the company’s high‑quality development.
