Hand in hand, we will forge a shared future. The Beeflower Annual Work Conference was successfully held at the Wyndham Grand Suzhou Zhiyin Hotel from February 3 to 4, 2023. The conference was chaired by General Manager Gu Ranfeng, and all company executives attended.

At the meeting, General Manager Gu Ranfeng provided a comprehensive review of the company’s performance in 2022. Chairman Gu Jinwen, focusing on the company’s operational objectives for the new year, set forth new expectations for each department and outlined a clear strategic direction. He emphasized that, in the coming year, the company will confront numerous new challenges and pressures arising from the market economy; however, opportunities and challenges coexist. All cadres must cultivate a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and mission, proactively forge ahead with a spirit of innovation, overcome difficulties through unity and concerted effort, and seize opportunities to ensure that all tasks are implemented thoroughly and meticulously. Heads of the Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Management departments exchanged views on the key challenges and priority tasks outlined in their 2023 departmental work plans. They discussed specific measures for implementing the company’s operational and production objectives for the new year, while reaffirming their confidence and determination to overcome obstacles and deliver on these goals with unwavering commitment.

At the meeting, everyone watched together the documentary “Beeflower Zhengmao” about Beeflower, produced by the “Extraordinary Artisans” program team of China Central Television.

At the conclusion of the conference, Chairman Gu Jinwen delivered a summarizing address. He noted that, thanks to the concerted efforts of all departments in 2022 and despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the company achieved its best performance on record—proof of the collective dedication of every cadre and employee. He extended his heartfelt gratitude to each and every Bee Flower team member for their hard work. The year 2023 marks the inaugural year for implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as well as the final year of the three-year action plan initiated by the Commission of Industry and Information Technology. With an international and domestic landscape characterized by complexity and rapid change, adaptability remains the defining theme. In the new year, Bee Flower will take the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress as its compass, vigorously advance its digitalization and information‑technology strategy, seize the opportunities presented by the era of national brand development, maintain stability while remaining vigilant, pursue progress through innovation, expand capacity, and increase production, thereby offering consumers more high‑quality, value‑for‑money Bee Flower products and working together to build a brighter future.
