To recognize outstanding achievements and set exemplary standards, the company held its 2022 Annual Awards Ceremony at 1:30 p.m. on April 10, 2023, in Conference Room 405 of the Administrative Building. The meeting was attended by the Party Branch Secretary, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, with a total of 62 participants, including all mid-level managers and representatives of outstanding individuals and advanced teams (workgroups) from each department. The event was chaired by the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union.

The conference presented an overview of the 2022 advanced‑employee selection process and announced the list of recognized outstanding individuals and teams. Attendees viewed, via a large screen, the exemplary achievements of the company’s 2022 advanced collectives (work teams) and individuals, listening to inspiring accounts of their accomplishments. A dynamic photo slideshow also revisited the company’s various competitions, events, and honors earned throughout 2022. Representatives from the Equipment Department, Huafeng Sales in the Yangtze River Delta, the A7 Filling and Packaging Team at the New Plant, the Finished Goods Sorting Group, and the Huafeng E‑commerce Division—each speaking on behalf of advanced collectives, teams, and individuals—delivered motivating and compelling remarks grounded in their day-to-day work and aligned with the company’s strategic development.

To the rousing and inspiring march of unity and friendship, the company’s chairman and general manager presented certificates of honor and trophies to the outstanding teams (workgroups) and individuals recognized for their achievements in 2022.

Finally, the Party branch secretary and chairman of the company delivered a concluding address. He began by extending his congratulations to the employees who were honored as Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals for 2022, expressing his gratitude for their hard work and determination in overcoming challenges at their respective posts throughout the year. He urged them to maintain a positive and proactive spirit in the new year, to serve as exemplary role models in their respective positions, and to help the company produce even more outstanding examples of excellence. At the same time, he pointed out that the market environment remains complex and volatile. Despite the difficulties posed by the pandemic, Beeflower achieved commendable results in 2022, a success inseparable from the concerted efforts of all departments within the company. As 2023 marks the first year of the post‑pandemic era, with an ever‑changing international landscape, fierce competition among e‑commerce platforms, and intensifying market rivalry, he called on all Beeflower employees—especially Party members, cadres, and key leading personnel—to remain vigilant, recognize the overarching trends of our times, and, grounded in reality, pursue the development of new technologies, processes, products, and markets. He emphasized the need to elevate management practices, break through existing limitations, draw on past experience to address shortcomings, and unite as one, fostering a strong sense of ownership and striving to become exemplary employees. By doing so, they can produce more high‑quality products that meet public expectations, make fresh contributions toward achieving the company’s business objectives for 2023, and further enhance the reputation and vitality of the Beeflower national brand.
