“Love Shanghai, Cherish Shanghai” — The company organized its 2022 employee health and recreation program.

To alleviate the work-related stress of frontline employees, safeguard their physical and mental well-being, and further boost their enthusiasm for work, the company has actively implemented the spirit of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions’ “See Shanghai, Taste Shanghai, Love Shanghai” campaign, on October 5. From the 4th to the 6th, under the leadership of the company’s trade union chairman and deputy secretary of the Party branch, a total of 72 representatives—comprising outstanding individuals and exemplary teams from all departments—were organized to travel to Pudong, Shanghai, for a staff health-and-recreation retreat.
Under the unified planning and deployment of the Maqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions, the health-and-recreation program adhered to the principle of prioritizing frontline employees, with the majority of participants hailing from front-line positions in departments such as workshops, warehouses, and equipment maintenance. Guided by the spirit of “doing practical things for the people” and providing excellent service to frontline workers, members of the union leadership team took part in the event as staff members.
This event will primarily be conducted through rest and recuperation, as well as study and exchange activities. They visited Qiantan Park and the Bund Promenade, then boarded a Huangpu River cruise to witness the dramatic transformations Shanghai’s Pudong has undergone since the reform and opening-up. They experienced the city’s rich cultural atmosphere and the distinctive Shanghai spirit—“embracing all rivers, pursuing excellence, being open-minded and wise, and maintaining grace and humility.” Moreover, this outing provided much‑needed relaxation and emotional respite for employees who have long been working on the production front lines, fostering closer bonds and deeper connections among them.
The cherished moments have been etched in the hearts of our employees. As the company’s trade union—truly a “family” to all staff—it will continue to uphold its guiding principle of “respecting, caring for, and serving frontline workers,” steadfastly delivering practical assistance, resolving their challenges, and doing what is right. We hope that, at this new historical juncture, every employee will stay true to their duties, embrace the spirit of craftsmanship, demonstrate renewed commitment, and achieve new accomplishments. With an even more spirited and upward‑looking attitude, let us dedicate ourselves to the company’s production and operations, jointly forging a bright new future for Beeflower and warmly welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
