On the morning of October 21, under bright sunshine and crisp autumn air, the “Beeflower” smart new factory at No. 518 Lane, Zidong Road—built over three years with an investment of 400 million yuan—was officially inaugurated. More than 300 guests, including leaders from both Minhang District and Maqiao Town, as well as key representatives from the company’s distributors and suppliers, were invited to attend the ceremony. Fifteen prominent media outlets, including People’s Daily Online, Tencent News, Xinwen Zonghe, and Xinmin Evening News, rushed to cover this milestone event.

Adding the finishing touch, let’s take a look at today’s “Beeflower.” Beeflower’s smart new factory is located within the Shanghai Maqiao Artificial Intelligence Innovation Pilot Zone, with a total investment of nearly RMB 400 million. It covers an area of over 45,000 square meters and boasts a total floor space of more than 61,000 square meters. The facility features 12 newly built production lines, seven of which are fully automated—placing it at the forefront of the industry.

Once in operation, Beeflower’s production will become both higher‑quality and more efficient. On the one hand, its fully automated production lines will significantly reduce manual intervention: tasks that once required manual filling and quality inspection can now be handled by infrared sensors, while intelligent quality‑monitoring systems enable end‑to‑end product quality control, substantially enhancing both the accuracy and speed of inspections. On the other hand, the full launch of the new smart factory will dramatically boost production efficiency and expand capacity—more than doubling the previous old plant’s annual output of roughly 25,000 to 30,000 tons to exceed 100,000 tons—resulting in a substantial increase in productivity and an annual output value of RMB 1.5 billion.

Upholding social responsibility and extending heartfelt support to partner organizations. At the opening ceremony, a “Social Donation Ceremony” was held, during which the company pledged to donate the first batch of products from its newly commissioned production line to groups such as sanitation workers in Minhang District and waste-sorting volunteers.
At the conclusion of the event, the company invited guests to tour the production workshop and observe Beeflower’s smart manufacturing assembly line firsthand.

Domestic brands must strive for self-improvement. With the official commissioning of Beeflower’s smart new factory, the time-honored national daily‑goods brand has shattered old perceptions, projecting a fresh, forward‑looking image as a pioneering innovator and a leader of our era. This is a source of great fortune for every loyal Beeflower fan and a well‑deserved pride for all the dedicated employees who work tirelessly for the brand. At the same time, it adds a bold and vibrant chapter to both the “Made in Shanghai” brand‑building initiative and the development of the Maqiao Artificial Intelligence Innovation Pilot Zone.
