Township leaders attach great importance to workplace safety during periods of extreme heat at frontline production enterprises. On the morning of August 1—the PLA Day—amid the year’s most sweltering summer conditions, Chen Zhenhua, Secretary of the Maqiao Township Party Committee, Xu Xiaoyan, Chairwoman of the Township Federation of Trade Unions, and the head of the township police station, along with a delegation of ten, visited the front lines. Accompanied by our company’s Party, government, and trade union leaders, they went to high‑temperature work sites such as the finished‑goods warehouse and the workshop mixing area, engaging directly with frontline workers. They personally presented summer heat‑relief supplies to each worker on the production line, earnestly urging them to prioritize safety in hot‑weather operations, make proper use of protective gear, and strike a balanced rhythm between work and rest. The frontline employees who received this care expressed their gratitude and pledged to heed the leadership’s guidance, striving to overcome the challenges posed by the intense heat and ensuring that all production targets are met on time and to the required standards.
