As the old year draws to a close and the new year begins, ushering in a fresh start and renewed vitality, the company’s 2019 Spring Festival gathering was held on January 28th in the third-floor banquet hall of the Zhanqiao Jinchun Grand Hotel, with all employees in attendance. Within the opulent banquet hall, bright red lanterns hung high, while a striking large-scale LCD screen at center stage showcased the golden corporate logo reading “A New Leap, A New Voyage—Building the Beeflower Dream Together,” symbolizing that in 2019, the company’s intelligent new factory on Zidong Road would thrive, welcome auspicious beginnings, and set sail once again for greater heights.

The New Year’s group gathering kicked off with heartfelt, warmly enthusiastic New Year addresses from the company’s general manager and the union chairman. First, the general manager acknowledged the company’s achievements over the past year and expressed gratitude to every Beeflower employee for their quiet dedication and hard work in driving the company’s growth. Emphasizing that opportunities and challenges coexist, he encouraged all staff to press on in 2019, embrace innovation, and strive for even greater success. The union chairman, in turn, extended sincere appreciation to every employee for their diligent efforts at their respective posts throughout the year, and urged everyone to join forces in 2019 to scale new heights.

Following this, the annual awards ceremony recognized 14 outstanding individuals and 7 exemplary teams (workgroups) for their exceptional performance, exemplary conduct, and strong teamwork in 2018. In addition, a video highlight reel was shown, celebrating the teams and individuals who contributed to the company’s accolades and actively participated in various volunteer initiatives over the past year. By honoring these achievements, the company aims to inspire others and encourages all recipients of these honors to continue serving as role models and leaders in the year ahead.

During the cultural performance segment, a large screen showcased creative and joyous New Year greeting videos from each department, infusing the group‑greeting ceremony with a warm, festive spring atmosphere. Following this, a succession of original, self‑produced performances took the stage, with every little “bee” on the Beeflower stage singing with fervent passion, dancing with youthful energy, celebrating national strength and prosperity, and demonstrating the indomitable spirit of the Beeflower team—while also highlighting that, together, they are a close‑knit, loving family.

Riding the wave of excitement from the grand feast of song and dance, the company’s Vice President of Sales raised a bottle of champagne—symbolizing victory—and filled the champagne tower, each tier representing ever‑greater success. Together with all the employees of Beeflower, they raised their glasses to celebrate this joyous moment and usher in the long‑awaited banquet‑style raffle and interactive segment. The annual gala featured generous prizes, with eight tiers ranging from the grand prize to the “Sunshine Award”; every participant received something, no matter the size. This was an annual occasion when Beeflower team members eagerly came together to seize their share of good fortune—and also a special way for the company to recognize and reward everyone’s hard work.

To the rousing melody of “The Blooming Life,” the entire venue was once again set ablaze with passion. We are confident that, in the year ahead, thanks to the concerted efforts of all Beeflower employees—upholding the spirit of working together and forging ahead—we will surely usher in the vibrant rebirth of Beeflower’s new smart factory!
