Hair Loss Prevention Guide
When assessing whether you’re experiencing hair loss, it’s more helpful to count how many hairs you’re actually losing. Losing 70 to 100 hairs per day is considered normal and falls within the range of typical shedding, with an equivalent amount of new hair regrowing. However, if daily hair loss exceeds 100 hairs and persists for two to three months, or if you notice distinct bald patches, broken hairs, or a noticeable thinning of your hair, these could indicate an underlying condition that requires medical evaluation and treatment.
(1) To prevent hair loss, first maintain a relaxed state of mind, keep your mood positive, and learn to practice self‑relaxation to relieve mental stress. Ensure adequate sleep, quit smoking and avoid alcohol, and adhere to a regular daily routine.
(2) In your diet, limit oily, spicy, and overly sweet foods; avoid strong coffee; and eat more vegetables and fruits to ensure a balanced and well-rounded intake of nutrients. Prioritize foods that promote hair growth, such as soybeans, black beans, black sesame seeds, and spinach. Maintain a regular daily routine, balance work with rest, and get sufficient sleep.
(3) Massage your scalp regularly. Before bed and upon waking, interlace your fingers in your hair and gently massage your scalp from the forehead to the back of the head for five minutes each time. Consistent practice can improve scalp nourishment, regulate sebum secretion, and enhance blood circulation in the scalp.
(4) Pay attention to daily hair care. In particular, avoid washing your hair every day; it’s best to wash it every 3–4 days. At the same time, choose mild, gentle hair care products—such as Fenghua Jiuzun Botanical Extract Hair‑Strengthening and Anti‑Hair‑Loss Shampoo—which gently nourishes and helps strengthen hair while preventing hair loss.
