Doing Practical Things for the People: The Company Launches Its 2021 Employee Health and Recreation Program

This event will primarily take the form of rest and recuperation, as well as study and exchange activities. During the two-day, one-night wellness retreat, participants visited Changxing Island Country Park, the Chongming Cooking‑Fire Culture Museum, and Xisha Wetland Park, savoring the natural beauty of Chongming—the third largest island in China—while soaking up the rich local charm of Shanghai and gaining a deeper appreciation for the enduring legacy of Chinese culture. The experience not only allowed employees who have long been on the front lines of production to relax their bodies and ease their minds, but also helped strengthen bonds and foster closer connections among colleagues.

The two wonderful days have left an indelible mark on the hearts of our employees. As the “family” of all staff, the company’s trade union will continue to uphold its guiding principle of “respecting, caring for, and serving frontline workers,” steadfastly delivering practical solutions, addressing their challenges, and doing what is right.
